A dedicated psychologist with expertise in clinical assessments and evidence-based therapies at Doctor42 Mental Wellness platform. Praveena VP holds an MSc in Psychology (2023-2025) from Yuvakshethra Institute of Management Studies, University of Calicut, and a BSc in Psychology (2019-2022) from Nucleus College of Arts and Science, University of Calicut. She currently serves as Psychologist at Doctor42 Mental Wellness Center (July 2025–Present), where she conducts psychological assessments, compiles case histories, delivers individual and group therapy using CBT and DBT, leads personality development sessions, develops IEPs, maintains clinical documentation, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams for holistic client care. ​ Her additional roles include Consultant Psychologist at Bismillah Hospital Koppam (August 2025–Present), with similar responsibilities in assessments, therapy, and team collaboration. Praveena has hands-on internship experience at Amal Inclusive Living Hub (April–May 2025), focusing on interventions for children with ADHD, Autism, and learning disorders; Govt Mental Health Centre, Thrissur (April 2024); Amma Multi Specialty Clinic (May 2025); and Assumption Hospital (April–May 2022). ​ She is skilled in statistical analysis (SPSS, Excel), MS Office, psychometric assessments, active listening, empathy, and communication, with fluency in English and Malayalam. Certifications include a 1-month course in Foundational Skills in Counselling (2023) and a 6-month course in Management of Specific Learning Disorders and ADHD (2023).
